Your Performance Lab, step by step
Real situations show real behaviour. No role play, no questionnaire.
- You play 60 minutes of escape room, just as normal. 2 to 6 people per escape room, larger teams play in several rooms at the same time.
- Your game master observes using a structured method. The observation sheet is based on models from team research and is the same every time.
- The AI does the analysis and writes the draft. A person checks the report and approves it, only then does it go out. You will have it within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions
How big can the team be?
2 to 6 people per escape room. Larger teams play in several rooms at the same time; observation and analysis then run per room team. Just tell us the number of people in your enquiry and we'll suggest how to split you up.
What if someone doesn't want to be observed?
The observation applies to the whole team, which is why it needs everyone's consent. Anyone who doesn't want to sits this session out. Alternatively you can book the team building format, where you play entirely without observation.
Do participants notice that they're being observed?
Yes, the observation is transparent. Everyone taking part is informed in advance and gives their consent. The game master watches via the cameras that run in our rooms anyway. Nothing is recorded and nothing extra is installed.
What happens to the data?
No personal data goes into the analysis. Everyone wears a coloured band during the game, so the report only refers to Person 1, Person 2 and so on. The group photo with the bands, which is what makes the link possible, goes to the company that booked the session and to nobody else. For everyone else the report cannot be traced back to individuals. The AI analyses only the anonymous observation notes, and nothing is recorded.
How long does the whole thing take?
Allow around 90 minutes: 60 minutes in the escape room plus briefing and debrief. The report arrives by email within 48 hours.
What's the difference between the Performance Lab and Pro?
With the Performance Lab your game master observes, the AI drafts the report and a person checks it. With the Pro format an external coach also observes by video call, reviews the report professionally, and you get an individual profile for each team member.
