Withdraw from a contract

Here you can withdraw electronically from a contract you concluded online, for example the purchase of a value voucher. Fill in the form and click “Confirm withdrawal”. You will get an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away, with information about the content of your declaration and the date and time it arrived.

Please note: there is no statutory right of withdrawal for a booking with a fixed date (an escape room slot with a date and a time) (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB).

Confirm withdrawal

Just want to cancel or rebook?

Cancelling or rebooking a slot is not a withdrawal. Use the “Manage your booking” link in your booking confirmation for that, or send us an email at info@escapeleipzig.de. Up to 48 hours before your slot that's free of charge; after that we charge 75 € per room. We cannot accept a cancellation over the phone. You'll find all the details in our terms and conditions.
