How your Executive Resilience Lab works
- Goal-setting beforehand. You talk through with us and the consultant what this is really about and what should be on the table at the end.
- Self-assessment beforehand. Every team member rates themselves before you start.
- 60 minutes in the escape room with structured observation. The outside perception, gathered the same way as in the Performance Lab: 4 intervals, a fixed observation sheet, coloured bands instead of names. The AI writes the draft, people read it over.
- Self-assessment afterwards, and the comparison. Where do self-perception and observed behaviour drift apart? That's exactly where the leverage is.
- Transfer workshop with the consultant. The results turn into concrete strategies for your day-to-day leadership.
An example of the transfer workshop: a meeting room at the INNSiDE by Meliá Leipzig. In Leipzig we'll arrange the room and the overnight stay there if you like, when the workshop needs more space than we have here.

What's the difference between the Executive Resilience Lab and the Performance Lab?
The Performance Lab gives you observation and a report. The Executive Resilience Lab adds one layer before and one after: goal-setting and a self-assessment beforehand, then the comparison of self-perception and outside perception plus a transfer workshop with an experienced management consultant.
What does the Executive Resilience Lab cost?
The price is modular: room and analysis as in the Performance Lab, plus the consultancy fee depending on the scope of the goal-setting and the workshop. You'll get a joint quote up front, before anything is booked.
Is anything recorded?
By default no, the game master watches live. For a deeper analysis a video recording is possible, but only at your request and by separate agreement.
How confidential is it?
In the game the same rules apply as in the Performance Lab: observation only with everyone's consent, coloured bands instead of names, no psychological testing, no basis for HR decisions. How openly the self-perception and outside-perception comparison gets discussed in the workshop is something you settle beforehand in the goal-setting.
