Important information

*FUN GUARANTEE:

  • If you're not enjoying yourselves within the first 10 minutes, you can stop the session and you won't pay a thing.

Virtual Reality

  • We work with VR experiences that are free of motion sickness.
  • Our comfortable VR headsets also work if you wear glasses. If your own glasses are noticeably large, we'd still recommend contact lenses for your own comfort. We also recommend comfortable shoes, loose clothing and no up-dos or headwear of any kind. Unfortunately we can't take any liability for scratches or damage to your own glasses caused by wearing the VR headset.
  • In VR you move freely around the room, so you need to be reasonably mobile.

Children & teenagers

  • Individual children aged 10 and over, for example as part of a family group, are very welcome, as long as an adult comes along. We don't recommend VR for younger children, the headsets are often too big for them.
  • For groups made up only of children between 10 and 14, our other children’s offers “Kids Special” and “VR adventure worlds” may also be of interest.
  • Groups of teenagers between 14 and 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 upwards, no supervisor or carer is needed any more.

Discounts

  • School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get a 5 € discount per person if they show a matching ID when they arrive.

Cancellation

  • Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
  • If it looks like fewer people will come than the minimum number of participants of a booking, you need to cancel it by email in good time or reduce it by one room. Alternatively you can keep the booking for all rooms and pay for the minimum number of participants.

Payment

  • Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Companies with a billing address can also pay by invoice. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
  • You can change the number of participants free of charge when you arrive, as long as it stays inside the range you booked. You then only pay for the people who are actually there. If the number falls outside the booked range, you need to tell us by email (see also cancellation).
  • Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).

It goes without saying that we expect you sober and free of any mind-altering substances. Taking them means you're out of the game straight away (see our terms and conditions).
