Short-notice requests are a bit like a treasure hunt. They don't always work out! So it's better to book in good time through our regular booking option.

Fancy playing with your group at short notice, within the next 72 hours? Then you're in the right place. Just send a request for one of the slots marked green.
How it works:
- Green = available. Send your request for the slot that suits you.
- If it works out at our end, we will accept the request and you will get a confirmation email with your ticket. From that moment the booking is binding.
- We can accept your request up to the start time. If it doesn't work out, you'll automatically get a cancellation email by the start time at the latest, and there are no costs. Please don't set off without a ticket. (Do check your spam folder!)
Good to know:
- Cancellation: once we have confirmed, our regular cancellation terms apply (75 € per room if you cancel less than 48 hours before the start). As long as we haven't said yes, you can cancel any time by email.
- At least 3 people: we charge short-notice requests from 3 people upwards. Playing as a pair works, but it costs the price for 3. For a genuine slot for two, please use the regular route, which is easier to plan.
- Only for the next 72 hours. Anything further ahead, please book the regular way.

- If you're not enjoying yourselves within the first 10 minutes, you can stop the session and you won't pay a thing.
Children & teenagers
- Individual children under 14, for example as part of a family group, are very welcome and actually a big help when it comes to searching. There should be one adult looking after each child, and at least two adults in the escape room altogether.
- For groups made up only of children between 10 and 14, please book one of our children's offers, "Kids Special" or "VR adventure worlds".
- Groups of teenagers between 14 and 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 upwards, no supervision is needed.
Virtual Reality
- We work with VR experiences that are free of motion sickness.
- If heights make you anxious, we'd suggest one of our classic rooms instead.
- Our comfortable VR headsets also work if you wear glasses. If your glasses are unusually large, we'd still recommend contact lenses, simply because it's more comfortable for you. We also recommend comfortable shoes, loose clothing and no up-dos or headwear of any kind. We can't accept liability for scratches or damage to your own glasses caused by wearing the VR headset.
- VR escape rooms require sufficient mobility. Ubisoft's rooms (Pyramid Room and Medusa Room) are only suitable from a height of 150 cm.
Discounts
- Children under 10 get in free. The rule here: at least one adult per child.
- School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get a 5 € discount per person if they show a matching ID when they arrive.
Cancellation
- Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
- If fewer people turn up than the minimum number of participants of a booking, the room has to be cancelled by email. You can also play the booked rooms with fewer people, but then you'll pay for the minimum number of participants of the booking.
Payment
- Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Companies with a billing address can also pay by invoice. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
- You can change the number of participants free of charge when you arrive, as long as it stays inside the range you booked. You then only pay for the people who are actually there. If the number falls outside the booked range, you need to tell us by email (see also cancellation).
- Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).
We expect you to arrive sober and free of any mind-altering substances. Taking them means you're excluded from the game straight away (see our terms and conditions).
