• If you’re not enjoying the experience within the first 10 minutes, you can stop and leave without paying.

Children & teenagers

• Individual children under 14, for example as part of a family group, are very welcome and are often a real help when it comes to searching. There should be one adult per child, and at least two adults in the escape room in total.
• For groups made up only of children aged 10 to 14, we ask you to book one of our children’s offers, “Children’s special” or “VR adventure worlds”.
• Youth groups aged 14 to 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 onwards, no supervision is needed.

Discounts

• Children under 10 get in free. The rule here is: at least one adult per child.
• School classes, social institutions and non-profit associations get a 5 € discount per person when they show a matching ID here.

Cancellation

• Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
• If fewer people turn up than the minimum number of participants of a booking, one room has to be cancelled by email. Alternatively you can play the booked rooms with fewer people, but you’ll pay for the minimum number of participants of the booking.

Payment

• Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Companies with a billing address can also pay by invoice. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
• You can change the number of participants here free of charge, as long as it stays within the range you booked. You’ll then only pay for the people who actually take part. If the number falls outside the booked range, you’ll need to tell us by email (see also Cancellation).
• Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).

Virtual Reality

• We work with VR experiences that are free of motion sickness.
• If you’re uneasy about heights, we’d suggest going for one of our classic rooms instead.
• Our comfortable VR headsets also work if you wear glasses. If your glasses are unusually large, we’d still recommend contact lenses for your own comfort. We also suggest comfortable shoes, loose clothing and no up-dos or headwear of any kind.
• VR escape rooms require sufficient mobility. Ubisoft's rooms (Pyramid Room and Medusa Room) are only suitable from a height of 150 cm.

We do expect you to arrive sober and free of any mind-altering substances. Taking them leads to immediate exclusion from the game (see our terms and conditions).
