• If you're not enjoying yourselves within the first 10 minutes, you can stop the session and you won't pay a thing.

Children & teenagers

• Individual children under 14, for example as part of a family group, are very welcome and are often a real help with the searching. One adult should look after each child, and there should be at least two adults in the escape room altogether.
• For groups made up only of children between 10 and 14, please book one of our offers for children, “children's special” or “VR adventure worlds”.
• Groups of teenagers between 14 and 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 up, no supervision is needed any more.

Discounts

• Children under 10 get in free. The rule here: at least one adult per child.
• School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get a 5 € discount per person if they show a valid ID when they arrive.

Cancellation

• Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before, there's a cancellation fee of 75 € per room.
• If fewer people turn up than the minimum number of participants of a booking allows, one room has to be cancelled by email. You can also play the rooms you booked with fewer people, but then you'll pay for the minimum number of participants of the booking.

Payment

• Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Companies with a billing address can also pay by invoice. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
• You can change the number of participants here free of charge, as long as it stays within the range you booked. You'll then only pay for the people who are actually there. If the number falls outside the booked range, you need to let us know by email (see also cancellation).
• Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).

Virtual Reality

• We work with VR experiences that don't cause motion sickness.
• If you're anxious about heights, we'd suggest going for one of our classic rooms instead.
• Our comfortable VR headsets also work if you wear glasses. If your glasses are unusually large, we'd still recommend contact lenses, just for your own comfort. We'd also suggest comfortable shoes, loose clothing, and no up-dos or headwear of any kind.
• VR escape rooms require sufficient mobility. Ubisoft's rooms (Pyramid Room and Medusa Room) are only suitable from a height of 150 cm.

We do of course expect you to turn up sober and free of any mind-altering substances; taking them means you will be excluded from the game straight away (see our terms and conditions).
